    The new Mercedes-AMG GLC models are thoroughbred AMGs from start to finish: from the redesigned AMG-specific radiator grille with vertical, black louvres and a trim strip in high-gloss chrome through to the AMG exhaust system at the rear.

    The sporty appeal of the Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4MATIC has been enhanced even further. With additional elements in high-gloss black from the standard AMG Styling package: for example the high-gloss black front splitter in the front apron or the diffuser panel in the rear apron with trim strip in high-gloss black.     The new Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4MATIC draws its hallmark AMG Driving Performance from the uprated 3.0-litre biturbo engine coupled with the performance-oriented all-wheel drive system AMG Performance 4MATIC with AMG-specific power distribution – in the case of the Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S 4MATIC+, the power emanates from the AMG 4.0-litre V8 biturbo engine.

    The performance-oriented all-wheel drive system AMG Performance 4MATIC is responsible for the AMG-specific power distribution of 31% to the front axle and 69% to the rear axle. The result is hallmark AMG Driving Performance, characterised by impressive acceleration, enhanced dynamic handling and outstanding lateral dynamics.

    The AMG RIDE CONTROL+ suspension combines the advantages of several suspension systems in one, ensuring powerful performance whatever the driving situation. Thanks to its multi-chamber air suspension, the particularly sporty configuration of this system enables it to offer a broad range between the most comfortable and the most sporty setup, whereby it also adjusts itself to the current load.

    As a top athlete in its class, the AMG 4.0-litre V8 biturbo engine in the Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S 4MATIC+ brings an immense 375 kW (510 hp) and a peak torque of 700 Nm into play. Exceptional power that is kept in check masterfully by the AMG high-performance compound brake system.

    The AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 9-speed sports transmission, the AMG RIDE CONTROL sports suspension and the electronically controlled AMG rear axle differential lock work together perfectly. The driving experience can be adjusted individually with the AMG DYNAMIC SELECT switch and five AMG-specific drive programs. The "Slippery" program is completely new.

    4.0-litre V8 biturbo engine

    With the AMG 4.0-litre V8 biturbo engine generating 375 kW (510 hp) and 700 Nm, the Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S 4MATIC+ is able to achieve race track-level performance without any effort at all. Despite this, its everyday viability remains intact, since the AMG sports suspension can be individually adjusted to a wide range of driving situations.

    Motorsport fans will find the AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 9G automatic transmission comes into its own in the way it supports a particularly dynamic style of driving with sportily fast changes of gear and barely noticeable shift operation, depending on driving mode. Thanks to its nine gear speeds, the engine of the Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S 4MATIC+ is almost always running in the optimum engine speed range, thereby offering an outstanding combination of efficiency, dynamism and safety.

    The high-performance compound brake system is perfectly matched to the output of the Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S 4MATIC+. It features finely-metered deceleration, while also demonstrating excellent fatigue strength even when submitted to extreme stresses. The brake discs are large in dimension, internally ventilated and perforated all round – thus reducing weight and thereby enhancing agility still further. In addition, the red-painted brake callipers with "AMG" lettering give visual emphasis, too, to the capabilities of your brake system.
