Mercedes-Benz North Shore Claims ‘Retailer of the Year’ Award for 2017

Auckland – Mercedes-Benz Cars retail network staff travelled to Melbourne this week to attend the annual Mercedes-Benz Retailer of the Year awards. The ceremony celebrated the exceptional achievements of the Mercedes-Benz New Zealand retail network following another successful year in 2017.

The annual Retailer of the Year awards recognise the exceptional performance of New Zealand’s Mercedes-Benz retailers and their staff, acknowledging the New Vehicle Sales, Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and the Service and Parts components of the business.

For the second year in a row, the prestigious Mercedes-Benz Cars ‘Retailer of the Year’ for 2017 was awarded to Mercedes-Benz North Shore in Auckland. Retailer Principal Craig Innes collectively with his team delivered another year of exceptional customer service above all others to be awarded the coveted title.

Mr Ben Giffin, General Manager, Mercedes-Benz Cars New Zealand said: “Mercedes-Benz North Shore has proven once again that they are the best retailer in the country, which is testament to the brand dedication and commitment to delivering the best customer experience by Craig and his team over the last 12 months.

“Mercedes-Benz further demonstrated its position as the number one luxury brand in New Zealand in 2017, delivering over 2500 new vehicles throughout the year. This result was enough to ensure Mercedes-Benz stayed the top luxury car brand for a third year in a row. I would sincerely like to thank the entire Mercedes-Benz Cars retailer network for their ongoing customer focus and enthusiasm. Without their tireless support and effort, this incredible result would not have been made possible.

“While we are incredibly proud to recognise the acheivements of both Mercedes-Benz North Shore and the rest of our retail network, we now look forward to a another successful year ahead.”
