Covid19 Alert Level 4 – National Retail Network Closure
In line with the government requirements to close all non-essential businesses, our entire National Retail Network will be closed from 5pm Wednesday 25th March 2020.
During the 4 week lockdown period, customers can still utilise the roadside assistance support in the event of a breakdown, however, your vehicle will be towed back to your place of residence, or a nominated address, whichever is closer. Once the lockdown is lifted, and our retailers are back open, then we can arrange the necessary repairs. Arrangements are in place to enable essential service vehicles to be taken to a supporting Mercedes-Benz Vans workshops and assessed as quickly as possible.

You are protected for the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty period, or while the vehicle is operating under an approved ServiceCare Pre-Paid Plan. You can continue to be covered by Mercedes-Benz Vans Road Care after the warranty period by purchasing annual membership.
