Customise the Sprinter Panel Van to suit your work day. Choose either front, rear or all-wheel drive, 6 speed manual, 7G-TRONIC PLUS or 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission.
Technology shouldn’t stop when you close the van doors. The new Sprinter is available with advanced connectivity, including MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience) – the new integrated multimedia unit made by Mercedes-Benz.
With smartphone integration and optional wireless charging, the system offers Bluetooth® connectivity for audio streaming and hands-free communication via Android AutoTM or Apple CarPlay®1, meaning you’ll never miss a call while you’re driving.2
The multimedia touchscreen (measuring up to 10.25”), multifunction steering wheel and Hey Mercedes voice-activated technology (available with navigation system) gives you centralised control.

The ability to adapt and customise the Sprinter is one of the many features that make the vehicle a class leader. Choose from three vehicle lengths, three roof heights and four engines to configure to a permissible GVM of up to 5t and a load compartment volume of up to 17m3.
With a wide choice of equipment available, including special chassis solutions, pallet support, lined wheel arches and interior roof rack, you have everything you need to create the ultimate working panel van.
The new Sprinter is available with the safety features Mercedes-Benz is renowned for. The reversing camera, which comes standard, combined with an optional 360° camera helps steering through narrow laneways and backing into tight loading bays.
Other assistance systems available to help avoid dangerous situations include Active Brake Assist and Crosswind Assist as standard, as well as Blind Spot Assist1 and Lane Keeping Assist2 to help keep you in your lane. Driver and passenger airbags, with window airbags are standard, and thorax airbags can be added for extra peace of mind.

For over 20 years, the Sprinter has been the benchmark in quality, reliability and efficiency. Fuel efficiency has been improved, to get you further on a full tank, while increasing the payload by around 50kg.
Getting in and out of the front-wheel drive is easier, thanks to an 80mm lower load compartment floor. All of this helps to achieve better fuel consumption and efficiency to help you get more done, more efficiently.

The maximum payload of the 5t weight variant is 2.646t. If you choose front-wheel drive, you’ll get a cargo floor that’s 80mm lower than the rear-wheel drive, making it easier to get in and out of the vehicle. And now the front-wheel drive holds 50kg more than the previous Sprinter range so you can get more out of your day.

Designed to provide a spacious, practical workplace, the cabin puts everything within arms’ reach to make every day comfortable, and features modular storage compartments and an optional integrated tablet holder.
Automatic climate control and three styles of overhead air-conditioning are available, treating you and your passengers to a comfortable interior climate. A fully-lined passenger compartment is available, which features a smartphone holder with wireless charging.

'Hey Mercedes' is the new voice assistant developed by Mercedes-Benz.1 Able to be used in conjunction with the navigation system, it uses machine learning to give instant access to navigation, phone, audio and climate control. It’s smart enough to know that if you either say “Hey Mercedes, adjust the temperature to 23 degrees”, or, “Hey Mercedes, I’m hot”, it will automatically adjust the temperature.
