A Mercedes-Benz Product Expert will provide you with a personalised, live virtual tour of your chosen model and answer all your questions.
Finding a car that meets all of your needs can be a challenge. For many of us, there simply aren’t enough hours in the day to research and browse all the different models – so naturally, I was very excited when I heard about the opening of the new Mercedes-Benz Digital Showroom.
To find out how it works, I booked a timeslot with a request to see the latest version of the Mercedes-AMG C 43 4MATIC. It’s a model that fascinates me – and not only because it’s a performance-oriented car. The updated and newly arrived C 43 also incorporates some of the same Formula 1-inspired turbocharging technology that will power the new fast-and-furious Mercedes-AMG C 63 S 4MATIC+, which is set to arrive later in 2023.
A personalised tour
At the appointed time, Product Expert Jack gives me a call to talk through the easy video enablement process. This includes entering a PIN number to ensure we’re on a secure video connection that only the two of us can access.
The camera on my device is automatically disabled for the duration of the consultation – I can see and hear Jack, but he only hears my voice. The car is parked in the Mercedes-Benz Digital Showroom, a beautifully appointed space featuring recycled panels and clad with special lighting to better illuminate the star of the show: in this case, the C 43.
