Warning: with some model series the wiper blades must be in the vertical position before making the change. Please refer to the instructions in the vehicle Owner's Manual, which you will find for all models further down on this page.

Just in case: displaced connections.
It can happen that the water and power connections on the wiper arm (with a heated windscreen washer system) slips out of the correct position when the old wiper blade is removed (image 1). In this case, please proceed as follows:
• Push the connectors back into the correct position (image 2), until you hear it click back into place.
• Fit the new windscreen wiper.
• First move the wiper arm into position for changing (as in removal step 1) and then back to the usual position (as in assembly step 3) to secure the connectors again.
