Setting up the Mercedes-Benz Service App.

At Mercedes-Benz, it is in our DNA to continuously improve our services for you and your Mercedes-Benz.


We have therefore decided to combine the services of the Mercedes-Benz Service App to the Mercedes-Benz App and to discontinue operation of the Mercedes-Benz Service App on 30 April 2025.


To continue using the services familiar from the Mercedes-Benz Service App, such as booking service appointments, download the Mercedes-Benz App free of charge from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and then log in with your Mercedes me ID. 


You can also make a service booking online, or via the head unit if your vehicle has the eligible MBUX version.
