The Mercedes-Benz Store offers you access to passenger car stock available across New Zealand.

You will find specific information about the vehicle in the detailed view of each listing. In addition to highlighted equipment and technical data, all standard and special equipment information is displayed.
If you cannot find the information you are looking for, please contact our Business Development Centre on 0800 622 277 from 10.30am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday or 11.00am to 7.00pm Saturday.

My desired vehicle is not available in the Mercedes-Benz Store. What can I do?
The range of vehicles available on the Mercedes-Benz Store is regularly changing, due to a variety of factors including stock availability. If your desired vehicle is not currently available, you can raise a query with our team using this form, or speak to your preferred Agent.
Alternatively, you can contact our team directly on 0800 622 277. They are available Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 7.30pm or Saturday from 11.00am to 7.00pm.
Do the images correspond exactly to the vehicles that I can reserve and buy?
All images shown are for illustrative purposes only and are displayed by way of example. Actual vehicles may differ. Please confirm final specifications and features with the Business Development Centre upon finalising your purchase.
Can I test drive a Mercedes-Benz I’m interested in before purchasing online?
Yes, you can test drive a car by visiting one of our authorised Agents. We recommend booking your test drive online or by contacting your preferred Agent.
What documents do I need to bring to the test drive?
You will need a valid New Zealand driver's license.
Who do I contact if I have any further questions?

Is there a cooling off period once I have paid my holding deposit but not yet signed the Contract of Sale?
If you have paid a deposit but do not sign and return the Contract of Sale within 14 days of receiving this document, we will refund the holding deposit and any car listed on your Contract of Sale will no longer be reserved for you. For more information, please refer to the Deposit Terms and Conditions, your Contract of Sale or contact the Mercedes-Benz Business Development Centre.
If I order online, does my delivering Agent need to be the one closest to me?
No, you can select any Agent to deliver your car.
Ordering.
How can I order a Mercedes-Benz car?
You can order a car in the way that suits you: via our online store, or at an authorised Agent.
How does ordering work in the Mercedes-Benz Store?
The online ordering process is a simple way to purchase your new dream car, anywhere and anytime. The vehicle reservation process works as follows:
a. Vehicle selection
Explore the range of available vehicles and select your desired Mercedes-Benz.
b. Select your preferred payment method
Choose your preferred payment method from the following options:
i) Outright Purchase:
Use your personal funds or third party services to pay the final invoice. Our experts will contact you to clarify the terms of payment.
ii) Mercedes-Benz Finance:
Use Mercedes-Benz Financial Services to finance the vehicle.
c. Check shopping cart
Ensure you have selected your desired vehicle and payment method.
d. Login or register
Login with your Mercedes me ID or register to proceed with vehicle reservation. You can also continue as a guest and follow the necessary steps.
e. Billing
Ensure you have entered all the required information as a private or business customer.
f. Select your preferred delivering Agent
Select your preferred Mercedes-Benz delivering Agent for collection of your vehicle.
g. Check all details and complete vehicle reservation
Before completing the reservation of your new Mercedes-Benz, confirm all details including your personal or commercial data, and correct them if necessary. Click on the "Checkout" button to complete holding deposit payment and vehicle reservation.
h. Order confirmation
Once your order is placed and the holding deposit is paid, we will send the order confirmation via email with a reference number.
i. Do I enter into a legally binding contract by sending the order?
By completing vehicle reservation process in the Mercedes-Benz Store, you are making a legally binding offer to Mercedes-Benz New Zealand Ltd to conclude a contract with them. The contract for the vehicle reservation is only concluded once you have signed and returned the Contract of Sale within 14 days of receiving the document.
j. I have reserved the vehicle: what happens next?
The Mercedes-Benz Business Development Centre will contact you within 3 days to discuss the vehicle displayed in the online order form and any variations to the options, accessories and specifications available in respect of that vehicle. Our dedicated online sales consultants will assist you with finalising your contract, payment and invoice details.
k. Can I also purchase a vehicle as a business customer via the Mercedes-Benz Store?
Yes, you can purchase your desired car online as a business customer. For a business transaction, the type of information required will depend of the type of business purchase being made. Further details may need to be confirmed with the help of our Business Development Centre before finalising the contract.
l. Where can I view the details of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email from us with details of your order. If you require further information, you can contact our Business Development Centre on 0800 622 277.
Can I change my order?
Changes to your order may be possible, depending on the timing of your request. Please contact the Mercedes-Benz Business Development Centre on 0800 622 277 or an authorised Agent as soon as possible to discuss the possibility of changing your order.
Is my deposit refundable?
The deposit is refundable in the event that:
a) you do not sign and return the Contract of Sale to MBNZ within 14 calendar days of receiving it;
b) you do not pass MBNZ's identity verification processes; or
c) MBNZ is for some reason unable to supply the motor vehicle and any associated products and services to you.
Payment.
Can I finance a vehicle purchased online with Mercedes-Benz Financial?
Yes, you can begin the process online. When selecting the vehicle to purchase via the online Mercedes-Benz Store, simply select Mercedes-Benz Financial as your preferred financier. A finance calculator will be available for you to tailor your finance package and explore repayment options.
Once you have selected Mercedes-Benz Financial as your preferred payment method, you will be directed to speak to a member of our team, who will begin this process for you.

How do I manage my account?
Once your finance contract has settled you will be invited to create your own myMBFS account. myMBFS is your one-stop shop to access all of your contract information, such as tax statements, early payout notice and personal details. Login to myMBFS here.
Can I insure a car purchased online with Mercedes-Benz Insurance?
Currently, we cannot facilitate online insurance purchases. Please contact our Business Development Centre on 0800 622 277 or your preferred Agent to discuss purchasing insurance.
Delivery.
When will my car be delivered?
Once your order has been processed, the Mercedes-Benz Business Development Centre or your preferred delivering Agent will provide you with an estimated delivery date. This date is indicative only and is subject to change for various reasons. Your selected delivering Agent can provide further updates regarding your vehicle delivery date.
How do I get my vehicle?
After completing the reservation process, your preferred Mercedes-Benz delivering Agent will clarify the relevant details with you.
Can I have my vehicle delivered abroad?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
What documents do I need to bring with me to pick up the vehicle?
You will need an identification document (driver’s license or passport), Company Registration Letter (if applicable) and power of attorney for registration (if applicable), as well as your order documents to pick up the vehicle. You will receive all the information about which documents you need to show in good time before you pick up the vehicle. The authorised delivering Agent will handle the registration if you wish and discuss all the details with you.
Warranty and service.
Does Mercedes-Benz offer a warranty for new vehicles purchased via the Mercedes-Benz Store?
The Mercedes-Benz new vehicle manufacturer's warranty of 5 years applies to all vehicles purchased via the Mercedes-Benz Store. The warranty begins on the date of the first registration of the vehicle.

Can I select additional special equipment for my desired vehicle on the Mercedes-Benz Store?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to place an online order for extra special equipment for your chosen vehicle. If you would like to purchase a vehicle with additional equipment, you can call us on 0800 622 277 and speak to one of our friendly sales consultants, or visit your preferred Agent.
Can I buy accessories online and have an Agent install them? Will there be a cost?
Once your online car order is confirmed, a representative from the Mercedes-Benz Business Development Centre will contact you to go through the contract of sale and discuss whether you would like to add accessories, which may be fitted (if required) prior to delivery. Accessory pricing and fitting costs are standardised across all Agents.
If you have already taken delivery of a new car, you can explore accessories via our Mercedes-Benz Genuine Accessories Store and order from your preferred Agent. Please note that genuine accessories and fitting prices may vary.
Does Mercedes-Benz offer complimentary servicing for new vehicles purchase via the Mercedes-Benz Store?
Complimentary scheduled servicing is included on every New Zealand New passenger vehicle and demonstrator passenger car sold via your Agent. What this means for our customers is your first three years of unlimited kilometre servicing are complimentary, courtesy of Mercedes-Benz New Zealand.
